Our team of culinary professionals, including our executive chef and our dietary manager, works closely with our dietitian to meet the needs of residents with special dietary requirements while ensuring dishes are flavorful.
Heartfelt CONNECTIONS
Heartfelt CONNECTIONS, an LCS Signature Experience, is a nationally recognized program that offers specialized care to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory-impairing dementias. Each of our staff members is trained to understand the unique behaviors that often come with memory loss.
Heartfelt Care & Compassion
Each member of our Health Center team is trained in the innovative and proven Heartfelt CONNECTIONS, an individualized support program for residents with memory loss. The program focuses on the resident, and their abilities by using customized reminiscence tools to capture details about their life story, which are then used to design individualized programming for each resident. These customized activities promote physical and emotional well-being, prolong daily functioning, and help residents maintain a sense of purpose, dignity, and quality of life, while reducing fear, anxiety, and frustration.
